I'm not sure why I've reached 3 payment limit when I've only gotten two payments? Both of which being from this week. Could you help me identify when the 3rd payment was? Thank youLucy L Wang -

The email was just a reminder, it states that "your payment limit is almost full", One of your payment is still left. You may check your account's usage section:
https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/usage
