How to remove the (street address, city, state, zip code and country titles) on my billing and shipping address from my jotform reply email sent to me from jotform in the "Answer" area.

It is confusing to have to look over the form and read through the
(street address, city, state, zip code and country titles) to view the billing address and shipping addresses.

Please advise how to make changes on the received form to remove these.

    Regards, New user.

To do this you need to go into your Email Alerts > PENDING ORDER Notification (click on it). You will then have to go into the middle area editor of the Composing Email Template and remove the Form Field Tags and/or associated data.

But if you want to see the field question but just stop the data from coming through then leave the name and just remove the Form Field Tag in the Curly Brackets " { } ".

Something else that I forgot to mention incase you haven't noticed is that those Form Fields in the box to the right on the Composing Email Editor coincide with the field questions and are tagged with variables to display the answers so I just wanted to mention that for clarification purposes.

Thank you for your reply Deygus,

Maybe i did not ask the question properly?

When i removed the form fields and tags it completely removed ALL DATA in the area, what I am trying to remove is just the header part of the answer section not the needed data.

I have highlighted what I am trying to remove in red.

I have highlighted what I am trying to keep in Green.

    (Street Address:) 123 street

    (City:) anywhere

    (State/Province:) anystate

    (Postal/Zip Code:) 11111

    (Country:) United States

    Thanks for your support!
