Form not submitting and showing "Please wait" message

Hi, 

Our users are complaining thet the forms are often not working. They cannot submit a form and we do as a consequence not get them. First I thought we had reached the limit of our package (free), but looking at form analytics shows that this is not the case. 

So is the package count per month or per day? If we break down the use per day rather than per month I can see that sometimes it is used more than 1/30 of the package. Can this be it or are you having other reasons for these problems?

I noticed that the Google invisible reCaptcha is present after the submit button. Can you please first try removing the Captcha widget and then if the Form is submitting then add the widget before the submit button and again try submitting the Form.
