When adding hover text to a drop down tex box, the hover text covers up the drop down arrow, so it looks like you can't choose an option on the drop down menu. However you can by clicking left of the hover text, but this isn't very intuitive.
I've provided the URL, but taken off the hover text, but it covered the whole right side of the box, leaving a little on the left visible/clickable.
Maybe this is something you can look into.

Hover-text elements can be repositioned via the .form-description selector but depending on where the box is placed, the arrow (it's actually two arrows: an inner one and an outer one) attached to its left border may either need to be moved to a different location along that border or to a different border and re-oriented accordingly.
I've had a look at your web page and due to space constraints, the best location for a hover box for the form's dropdown would be above it. This would mean that the arrow would have to be moved to the box's bottom border.
Let me clone your form, work on a solution and get back to you with the CSS to be injected.
Hey, wait a minute... The form on your web page differs from that in your account! There's no "Which package would you be interested in?" dropdown in the one at http://www.jotform.com/form/12760716447. Do you still want to use the hover text?

I have exactly the same question for the "Phone/Cell/Mobile" box in my form. The Hover popup box just needs to be moved more to the right, out of the way of the input mask. My form 31835441197154
