    Send an e-mail after submission

Asked by rodolfosiles on January 23, 2013 at 08:32 AM

    Hello,

I need to know if there is a method to add a condition that will send an email depending on a choice made on the form. In my case if a student chooses course A he will receive an email with message with instructions for course A. If he chooses course B they will receive an email with instructions for that course.

I know there is an option for the "Thank you message", but I rather have them receive an email they can reply to in case they need more support.

    Thank you

    Hi Rodolfo,

Yes, this can be done by setting up two Send an e-mail after submission conditions (one for each choice):

One condition could be configured as below:

The other condition would be setup in a similar fashion, except that it would send the autoresponder labeled "Course B" to whatever email the user enters. The summary would look something like this:

I've setup this demo so you can see how it works. Enter your email, pick "Course A" and submit the form. Afterwards, make another submission, this time selecting "Course B".

You may clone the form if you wish to examine its conditions.

    Great

That is exactly what I needed, no more replying to people that fill the form with instructions depending on their choices.

    Thank you!!!
