Problems with attached PDF email submission.

    Several of our forms are sending incomplete and empty forms in the submission email we have set up. Is this a glitch in the program? It just started happening randomly, without any changes being made on any of the forms.

    Are you still experiencing this issue? This could be a temporary PDF problem with the attached email.

    If the issue still persists, could you let us know to which form is this issue related to so we can further investigate this?

    Yes we've been having this problem for several weeks on several forms, on and off. Links below. It happens regardless of the computer being used. It's not every time a form is submitted, but it's time-consuming to have to go into the website, navigate to the right form and right submission, and download the PDF form to print from there. That's why we set up email notifications of submissions.

    As I check the submission 4201944017926566486 for the Character Reference form 80074443118148 the data seems to be displayed normally. Also, I have checked the submission from the PDF editor screen the PDF document is displaying correctly at the moment. As I check our records, I notice that there was an issue raised on Dec 09, 2018 with the email notifications that caused the issue with PDF attachments generated without form filled field data. 

    However, the issue was then fixed by our backend and you should have been receiving the email notifications with the PDF documents normally.

    If you are still experiencing any issue with the PDF document, we request you to provide us with the latest submission ID so that we can check this further.
