Would like to move from monthly to yearly

    Hello,

    I thought I successfully had switched my account from a monthly payment to a yearly payment, but we still were billed this month.  I must not of done something correctly.  Can you assist me in switching our account over from monthly to a yearly billing cycle?

    Hi Jessica,

    I couldn't find any record stating that you are subscribe to our Premium Monthly plan. Your account ClearVista showing as Free on our end.

    Would you mind sending us the latest Order Reference Number of your payment so we can correct or trace this?

    I just have an email that has that confirmation that the account has been charged the $9.95.  What email address could I forward that to?  In the meatime, I hope that this link will be sufficient enough to our receipt.

    Hi Jessica,

    That Order Reference Number belongs to the account RosieCVC and using the email address olleia@live.com. Paying using the name Rosie Aiello and the same email address olleia@live.com. Is she somehow belongs to your company?

    Well, I have corrected the subscription. I transferred it to your account ClearVista and upgraded it to our Premium Yearly subscription.

    Please logout from Jotform, clear your browsers cache before logging in again so the changes will take effect on your account.

    Thank you. Yes it is all in the same.  Does the everything in terms of billing stay the same?

    Thank you for moving the account to a yearly payment plan.  Will that start today or be prorated from the time in which we started paying for the account?

    If you could clarify so I can update my team members that would be wonderful.

    Yes,  it's been prorated from the time that started the last recurring charge (Jan 19,2013) , so the next renewal charge would be until Jan 19,2014
