Hello,
My account says that I am on the free plan, but you took my money via PayPal. See attached two images.
Why is this?

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you.
It seems when you older subscription was cancelled, that caused your account to downgrade to free plan. I have taken care of your account issue and upgraded it to bronze plan.
Please sign out from your account and then sign in again for the changes to reflect.
