i am sending a form to a hotmail account nd the required fields are not coming into the email. any inquires on why this would happens

1 Go to Setup & Share > Email Alerts > Notification (or Autoresponder, whichever it is that you're using)
2 Make sure that the form field identifier for your required fields are present at the body of the email.
3 If not present, you could find it on the right side, click on the body of the email where you want the field to appear and then click on the Form Field item.
