What is happening to our free subscription

    Hi, Last year our account was set up by Jenna Ridgeway. We were using the form for renewals in conjunction with PayPal. We are no longer doing renewals and no longer using PayPay. We do however still use the form for new Members. I have been getting emails to renew our subscription for reduced prices. It was our understanding that this would continue to be a free service. Please advise asap.

    I checked your account and it is active. It is in good standing and all your forms are working fine.
