Square Integration: Receiving Payment Error "PAYMENTS_WRITE"

    I am so tired of trying to figure this out.  I called square and they said that everything is fine there.  Can you figure out why my form is not integrating - https://form.jotform.com/90037622585155

    I tested the form on my end and the "Payment Error" also shows.

    I have now elevated this issue to the next level support so that they can investigate the problem. We will notify you here and on your email at once when a status update is available.

    Thank you.  I have researched this question - lots of folks ask, but there is never an a response to let us know what is the problem.  Thanks for your prompt help.

    <This isn't a answer, just a gripe>

    I am also awaiting a fix from Jotform.  The only viable workaround is finding another payment processor (instead of Square) or another online form solution (instead of Jotform). 

    I am giving Jotform a fair chance here but so far the various issues I have been hitting are frustrating. There is a lot of potential, and I hope that potential is realized soon so I can make an all-in decision. 

    I am annoyed with myself for not implementing testing payment integration when I first started evaluating.

    Hi there,

    We had updated square connection link according to the square request in past days. This problem has only existed to some users. 

    I guess the problem has resolved completely. Can you test to your form?

    Please follow these steps and let us know about the status of the problem.

    1-) Sign out in Square
    2-) Disconnect in Jotform Square Connect
    3-) Re-Connect again.

    I found the error/problem.  So, when connecting to Square, jotform wants you to log into Square.  First problem is that if you set up the 3 step verification with Square (using your phone), I am pretty sure it messes it up.  If you are already logged into Square, that must cause a problem also. 

    I went to Square and stopped the 3 step thing.  Then, I logged out of Square and hit 'connect' on my jotform.  When it brought up the popup login to Square, I logged in there, and the form then asked me to give Jotforms permission to access my information on Square -

    After days of messing with it, I think I finally fixed it - or someone did - hmmm. And, it also works on all of the forms that I integrated -

    Our developers have been working on it recently, the issue should be already fixed.
