payment submissions goes to Incomplete Payments

    Hello,

    I have a form that payment is required.  The form was submitted with no payment and the payment in the pending area was not the same one (I just discovered that part and deleted the old one that happened too).  Can you guide me as to where to go to push this payment thru or what to do to prevent the from happening in the future?  Thank you.

    To clarify, your users payment submission was in the incomplete payments?

    You can view your incomplete payments in your submissions page.

    Incomplete Payments occur when your form user did not complete the payment process or if it was abandoned.

    Your user must fill your form again and complete the payment process.
