    Hi there,

There maybe some existing static html app on your FB pages, you should check it first on your pages and look for the static html icon, if it does exist, you can then add your form code there.

    Example:

If this doesn't work, try removing your app first and then re-install. Here's how you can remove static html app.

    1. Open your FB page then go to Manage > Settings

    2. Go to Apps > Static HTML > then click "X" icon to remove.

After that, re-install the said app, use this link: https://apps.facebook.com/static_html_plus/

If that does not work, please try this guide:

Adding forms to Facebook ( Facebook Developer Method )

Hope this helps. Please let us know if you need further assistance. Thanks!

I paste this https://form.jotform.co/form/30016055591850 under the index.html and I preview it and it jus comes up with that link.

That's because you are using the form URL instead of its an iframe embed code. Please get that form's iframe embed code and embed it to your facebook page. That should correct it.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

The issue had something to do with your image url which is why there's some extra codes showing in your product field. To fixed this, all you need to do is:

Instead of using HTML code of your image:

    <a target="_blank" href="http://s1323.beta.photobucket.com/user/Carleigh_Mc/media/BabyBVhirescutout_zps6ae2532e.jpg.html" rel="nofollow noopener" ><img src="//i1323.photobucket.com/albums/u587/Carleigh_Mc/BabyBVhirescutout_zps6ae2532e.jpg" border="0" alt="BabyBVhirescutout_zps6ae2532e photo BabyBVhirescutout_zps6ae2532e.jpg"/></a>

    ---

Just simply use direct link of your image:

    http://i1323.photobucket.com/albums/u587/Carleigh_Mc/BabyBVhirescutout_zps6ae2532e.jpg

    Hi,

Do you mean calculate the total? Kindly provide more details on your first questions. Thanks!

    --

Since you've already set country to Australia, how about removing the country address field on your form so user's will not be able to see it and so they couldn't select? If you like, inject the following CSS codes to your form.

    .form-address-table tbody > tr:first-child + tr + tr + tr > td:first-child + td {display:none;}

Follow this guide: How to Inject Custom CSS Codes to your Form

    Thank you.

Hey,Yes but they can still pick another country, there are a few on there, and cannot delete just that part, without deleting the whole part of adding your address.I injected the code you gave me, but nothing seems to have happened! And the other question was, when someone goes to purchase something, is there anyway I can add to the form the quantity of stock I have in my possession eg : 2 items in stock Thank you

    Hi,

is there anyway I can add to the form the quantity of stock I have in my possession eg : 2 items in stock.

You maybe already talking about an inventory system(your stocks - sales). I am sorry, but the forms do not work that way. You can only use the forms as form i.e. purchase order, payment, request, contact form..so on.

I injected the code you gave me, but nothing seems to have happened

I cannot see the country field in your paypal purchase form anymore. That is what the code my colleague does on your form (notice that your form does not have the dropdown for country anymore)

Can we assume that all is well with your form now?

Please inform us if further assistance is needed.

    Thanks.
