    TIP TO IMPLEMENT

Asked by zummolo on January 24, 2013 at 06:12 AM

Hello, my name is Federico Bergna, CEO of www.zummolo.com a community dedicated to exports made in Italy in the world.

I would suggest you implement a modification in my opinion very useful and would use often.

Currently when a user submits the form, he may receive a copy of the form. At the same time, I jot owner of the account form, I get a copy.

Is possible to devise an option to make sure that there is this combination?

EMAIL COPY TO USER --> EMAIL COPY TO ADMINISTRATOR JOTFORM ACCOUNT --> EMAIL COPY TO REAL  DESTINATARY OF EMAIL COMPILED FROM THE FIRST USER

Is useful for these brokerage services for example. If I have an agency, I would like a user fills out the form to get in touch with a manufacturer for example, without my account manager jot form should turn the email to the recipient

example of a module in my e-commerce: http://www.zummolo.com/e-commerce/vini-birre-liquori-italiani/001.htm

(buyer compiled the module and i receive that, but i want that a copy of this modul, must be send to real destinatary that user's compiled)

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your feedback.

I believe what you have described is already achievable.

You can add two types of notifications:

Notification - sent to who you choose (Administrator, other team members etc)

Autoresponder - sent to the person who filled out the form.

Note:  You can add as many Notifications and Autoresponders as you like.

    So,for example my "Mailchimp 2012" form I can have 3 notifications -

    1-CEO  2-Manger  3-worker assigned to the job

You can edit what information is sent on each notification

You can send each notification to more then one e-mail address (ie, CEO has three email addresses - one of thos e-mail addresses may even be a text msg)

I hope this helps you with setting your notification.  Please let us know if you need further assistance!
