Unique ID available for User to see

Hello

I am building a purchase order form for a client. He needs to give a PO number to vendors that his purchasing team meets at tradeshows. The Unique ID generates the number perfectly but they cannot give the number to the vendor as they complete the form.

Each form submission is an order generated. I need to give the vendor at the tradeshow a number to reference. Having to click into the submissions post order creation to find the unique ID is not going to work.

How can I accomplish this?

Your requirement can be achieved using the Unique ID widget. This widget helps you to automatically increment the PO number as required. You can add the widget from WIDGETS section under the Form Elements tab.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make unique ID visible on form, but maybe you could use Random value generator:

You can set the type of code, length, uniqueness etc. 

So you could use it as your Unique ID.
