    Dear Support,


    Based on information that i got from jotform login,

    I got this message "Login - SUSPENDED",

    What should I do?,

    Upon review of your account it was found suspended due to form: http://www.jotform.me/form/90035649073457 requesting banking information on plain field texts.

    The correct way to collect banking information depends on why you want to collect your customers banking information:

    If you are using the form in order to create a direct deposit or a refund you need to add our two mandatory widgets, that allows your customers to authorize the collection of their banking information:

    1. Add the Terms & Conditions Widget (or the Short Scrollable Terms Widget) for your users to read and agree.

    2. Add a Signature Widget so your users can sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.

    If you have created this form in order to collect payments I highly recommend you to use one of our "Payment Processors" in order to avoid non compliance.

    Your account has been reactivated, it is highly recommended for you to modify your form accordingly to the guideliness below as soon as you are able to login.
