forms still not being forwarded to my email account

    please fix so that all registration forms come to my email address

    Hello I took a look at your email address and found that you are in our bouncelist so I removed you from it -

    Result: Dianagc@comcast.net is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 554-'imta22.westchester.pa.mail.= comcast.net comcast 199.255.194.134 Comcast Blocked for spam. Please see ht= tp://postmaster.comcast.net/smtp-error-codes.php#BL000000'

     

    I can immediately tell that this is was a result of your email service provider rejecting our emails which is what caused your emails to become blocked and not work correctly. Therefore I would like to recommend that you Whitelist JotForm and also I would like to recommend this guide http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-emails-not-being-received-issues which will help you with it as well.
