Why does my terms and condition widget not show up on desktop ?

Why does my terms and condition widget not show up on desktop screen, but I see it on an android device?

I have checked your form and it seems to be working correctly at my end.

Have you tried viewing your form using other web browsers or incognito mode?

I have cleared your form cache,can you also try clearing your browser's cache?
