The PDF copy of our form submissions are showing a different contents

Hi,

I recently split one of our forms into two different forms:  

https://form.jotform.com/htcne/mtap-form

and

https://form.jotform.com/htcne/htcne-health-form

When I new submissions and download and print from there, it is correct. If I print from the email

you send, the pdf contains some of the old elements that I deleted from the regis. form. I would like to be able to download and print from the email because that would save us an extra step and we

are very short handed. Can you please help me?

I am attaching a screenshot of the incorrect version. The Section two and Health info. should not

be on it.

You may consider deleting the PDF and create a new one to refresh its contents;
