    Hi there,

We are attempting to link our paypal account to our jotform for payments. I need some assistance.

The widget I am using is "paypal checkout"

I don't understand what "Client ID" or "Client secret" means...or how this is links to my paypal account.

    I could use some coaching.

You can obtain the Client ID and Client Secret details from the link:

     https://developer.paypal.com/

Please refer this guide for understanding the entire process in detail: How-to-integrate-PayPal-Checkout-with-your-form

Make sure you are using your Live credentials:

        Go to https://developer.paypal.com
Click on Log into Dashboard at the top right
Log in using your Live PayPal email and password
Scroll down to your Rest API Application
        Click on the Application
Click live at the top right hand side

Everything looks to be set up correctly, it might just be the sandbox credentials were used instead of live.

Please try to create a new app and try with the new Client ID and Client Secret credentials. You can also try to remove the PayPal Checkout field from your form and re-add it.

If that does not resolve the issue, let us know and we will report it to our developers.
