'Phishing' Issue / Account Suspended

    A week ago a representative told me that without more information, it may be a problem that we are creating forms that ask for logins to social media accounts. When I notified him of the purpose of the forms (that we are a Digital Agency and handle community management) the rep asked to visit our website. I showed him our website and walked him through what it is we do, he told me he would make note of it and we would not have any problems using the forms for our records. I spent over an hour today creating a form for a client and got locked out because we are under suspicion of Phishing. What's more is not a single representative got back to me all day even though they are posting in forums addressing other questions. Please help!

    As far as I can see, your account has been already re-activated, and your existing forms have been whitelisted.

    However, if you create a new form it will not be whitelisted by default, and there is a chance that your account may be blocked by our automated anti-phishing filter due to suspicious form.

    To prevent any possible suspension you may upgrade the account with us. We do not suspend any paid accounts without manual review.
