Form not submitting the Full Name field.

    Our form was not requiring our required fields. It allowed the user to submit the form without them. I read the forum and found the answer was to use iFrame. That worked, but now we have another problem....

    We receieve the submitted forms in our email inbox just fine, but the Full Name fields are blank (Even when information is entered.) It's not submitting them in our email. We tested it in IE and Firefox. Also, they do appear in the JotForm admin area if we check messages from there. However, it's an issue for us because we don't use the admin area to check emails.

    Hi Jeff,

    Your form is working fine on our end upon checking. I've also clone your form and I was able to received the notification with Full Name on it.

    Have you tried already creating new email notification? If not, can you please give a try?
