I have an account at perfexionmbi or perfexionmbijotform@gmail.com that we can not log into. We tried the forgot password a few times, can you assist

    The account perfexionmbi  is under the email address r***y@p**n.com, the email address seems to be receiving emails from JotForm so you can request the password change and receive the email there, please also check your spam/junk folder.

    I checked our mail logs and didn't see any attempts to send a password reset email.  I triggered a reset email and it looks to have sent successfully.  Check your inbox to see if it came through.

    Glad to hear you were able to recover the account.  According to our logs, the password for your account has not been modified so it should have been working, I am not sure why it wasn't previously.  Let us know if there is anything else we can help with and we will be happy to assist you.
