incomplete values when form is submitted

    Here is the Form I created (using WePay User Defined Calculation, since we need our exported report to reflect each product ordered as a separate column in Excel --https://www.jotform.com/build/83197223211147

    Since I had done a test order & payment via the first form I created on Sunday/Monday (WePay Sell Products that time), I did not do a test run on this final form.

    However, got a message from someone trying to place an order and got an error message (instead of the Thank You).  I also did not get an email notification as to a submission.  So, I personally tried to order and make payment -- got the same error message.  [See URL below].

    I have removed the "required" question answered for payment information, but that did not fix the error.  We have issued the link to this form to several hundred people already and would like it to be resolved as quickly as possible. Can you assist?

    I am not sure what I have turned on or off in the form that might be generating this problem.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    May we know if you have embedded your form into a web page?

    Can you please try to re-integrate Chase Wepay with your form?
