    How to indent the Header text

    I would like the words "Hospital .... " text centered in the grey box. 

    i know its done in the css but what is the code.

    Hi,

    Use the following CSS:

    .form-header, .form-subHeader {

    text-align: center;

    }

    This will center the header and its sub-header title.
