Connect multiple Jot forms to a single Google Sheet

I have a google sheet that I'd like to have edited/updated using a different form. It's really one value that I'd like someone to be able to edit. Is there a way to connect a jotform to a single google sheet after it's already bee integrated AND the file has been moved? I moved it out of the Jotform folder.
