Question about hover text over table fields

In a table, can there be hover text over specific fields? In my table at https://www.jotform.com/build/82556084559165#preview the hover text appears all the way over to the right. I want to add 'For 'Length' ROUND UP to whole numbers only.' to both 'Length' fields.

Unfortunately, adding a hover text for each cell in an Input Table field is not possible. There is just option to add a hover text for the whole table:
