Transition to non-profit discount account

Hello,

    I have been exploring JotForm over the past year+ on behalf of my non-profit (Save Our Youth), investigating potential uses for our processes. Now that it seems a great fit, I'm wondering if, pending my supervisor's approval, I would be able to transition our account to a bronze non-profit discount account (since I did not initially sign up through the non-profit page, as instructed in the pricing footnotes).
