    I contacted you because I can not access my account.

     

    And when I get my password does not recognize my e-mail.

     

    had suspended the premium service, but as I continue to claim the cost my credit card would keep him active

    Hi,

    I have checked the account and it seems to be active.

    Have you tried to do a password reset? If not, can you please try to do a password reset, here is how:

    1. On the landing page (www.jotform.com) click LOGIN found on the upper-right part.

    2. Click Forgot Password?

    3. You will then be prompted to enter your email, so enter your email (the one you used in creating your JotForm account)

    4. Click Send Reset Instructions.

    Can you please check bulk/spam folder of this email address nokia.army@live.com where your form associated?
