How can I make a date and time reservation option on my form?

Hi Jotform,

I book school field trips at my job and we offer two program times a day, 10:00am and 12:30pm.  Once spots fill up I would like to make them unavailable to other teachers, while still having the second program of that day be available.

I would also like to have the spot become unavailable as soon as someone books it.  That would save me a lot of time emailing teachers to say that the dates they requested are full.

Eg. I would like teachers to see that the 10:00am spot on February 1st is booked but the 12:30pm spot is available.

Are their any widgets that we can use to help?  Right now we are just using Date and Time widgets but we have to manually limit dates and I do not know how to limit times on specific days.

Unfortunately, we do not have a widget with that specific functionalities.

We currently have 2 widgets with a bit similar functionality which is reservation but they're lacking most of the functionalities you've mentioned. If you like, you may consider using any of these.

1. Date Reservation Widget, limits 1 selection per day. Multiple dates selection is possible. 

2. Quantity Gift Registry, not a calendar but you can define dates as list options then add no. of quantity limits.

Anyway, I can submit a widget request about this if you want so hopefully, the team would consider adding a widget with these functionalities in the future.
