Changes not getting saved after editing

I tried deselecting certain options in the prefilled form, but after submitting I did not see the changes that I made. Kindly go through the following GIF link to understand the issue

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I was able to reproduce what was described in the GIF you shared. However, the changes when you deselect the selected options in the fields and hiding it after before submitting the form were not saved since the form was submitted like the fields that were hidden were not included in the recent edit.

To meet your requirements, I would suggest that you change the value of the "Clear Hidden Field Values" option of your form from "Don't Clear" to "Clear on Being Hidden".

By doing that, you don't have to deselect the options when editing the submission. Hiding the fields is enough to clear the selected options.
