I've had several request to have a tool that would take a zipcode entered by a lead, and then lookup and find the city and state for that zipcode, and then send the information with the lead.   This way the lead would only need to enter the postalcode (zipcode) and country saving total keystrokes and making the form more appealing to fill out.     The process is really simple, on submission the postal code is then matched against a table that has postalcode, city and state and those three fields could be sent on the email response.

Thanks for Jotform,  it's saved me a ton of development!

I would think I this computer age that would be standard by now I am not a techie, but one would think all one would have to do is enter the zip ode and city and state would auto fill.
