Zoho Integration: Allow check box and radio button to be mappedAsked by ImagineH2O on January 25, 2013 at 06:37 PM
In previosu posts, I see that JotForm has addresses and fixed compatibility issues with Zoho Integration for text boxes, drop down menus, and check boxes. I, however, am unable to see any of my check boxes and dropdowns as options in the Zoho Integration. Instead, I see 3 of the same options for Map Form Fields. Is this just me or are there issues at JotForm?

You only had 1 dropdown field on your form. The 3 you've mentioned are just 1 actually but the option reads it as 3 but that doesn't mean you can map each dropdowns, they are mapped as 1 field.
As for the check boxes, please make sure you've already added the check box on your Zoho Form with the same options on your JotForm's form.
I'll address the drop down glitch to our development team for a review. Thanks for reporting!
I'm having problems with this also.
Working on a new form: http://www.jotform.com/?formID=30433381049853
I have tried to set up a ZOHO integration with:
- radio buttons (I don't think this one is listed as a possible but gave it a shot anyhow)
- check boxes
and the only one that worked is the drop menu.
The others didn't show up as options to be mapped. Would be good to get radio options mapping to at least a text field. In fact the simple way would be to allow mapping of all jotform fields to a text field in Zoho. that'[s what I did with itduzzit for alot of fields in another form.
Thanks. I'll submit that to our lvl 2 team for a review and so they'd be able to consider that for implementation, though we can't provide any ETA on this request due to the current workloads assigned to them.
Zoho CRM integration now works with both radio buttons and checkboxes.
Have a nice day!
