Can I test my form submission in iweb before uploading my iweb site to the internet? Error message: Form not found: Form Id is missing or irregular

Asked by MichaelBerkin on March 11, 2011 at 04:39 AM

I have written a form on jot form, and used the 'embed' option to get the code for iweb. I have copied and pasted this code onto my iweb site using the html snippet function on iweb. I have not yet published the website on to the internet. ( I have a holding page there whilst I am working on the site). In iweb, you can double click on the html snippet to 'interact' with it. I have done this to test submitting a form. Each time I click the submit button, my internet browser opens up jotform on the web and brings up the message: Form not found: Form Id is missing or irregular.

Is it possible to test the form submission within i-web, or must I first publish the website to the internet, and test filling out a form on the internet?

Any help would be very much appreciated!

    Thank you.
