Do I need to enable form encryption for HIPAA compliant forms?

    HIPAA compliant forms are encrypted by default - so you do not need to exclusively turn on the encryption.

    Can you please send the JotForm BAA form, I thought this was sent automatically to Silver and Gold accounts. Or advise on how to get it setup and signed.

    Did you get the BAA form as an email attachment when you signed up for HIPAA?
