Can you refund my subscription fee

Hi,

   I have stopped using jotform for about 3 months. But I just found that it's still charging me due to subscription. Can to get the refund of it for the past 3 months for $19 x 3.

I'm sorry, but we can only refund the last two payments. I've sent a request to our billing team for this. Once refunded, Paypal should notify you about it by email. Note that our refund timeframe is 4-10 business days.
