Storage Plan and Upgrade Assistance

    USTA Eastern utilizes Jotform and we have overextended our account. We've decided to upgrade to the storage plan as I thought that would resolve our issues. We've also gone through and removed forms with submissions, uploads and payments that were no longer in use. Our team needs to utilize Jotform as soon as possible. What is the lead time for our changes to be made to the account? What more needs to be done to address the messages below?

    The storage plan is limited to 100 monthly submissions, 10 monthly payment submissions, and 100 MB of space for file uploads. The submissions storage is unlimited.

    You may consider upgrading to the Bronze plan to increase the limits:
