Selecting Multiple Options Using A Radio Button

Asked by mojo40design on January 26, 2013 at 05:43 PM

I need to allow users to select multiple options.

    Problems:

None of the selected options are showing up in the submitted email.

The form won't allow users to select multiple options.

    Hello,

We'll try to sort this out for you but to which form are you referring? If it's embedded in a web page, please also provide that page's URL so that we can examine its source.

We look forward to your reply.

Black Tie Caterers Event Registration Form

The "services" options are showing up in the form.

When I view the submitted email it doesn't show the options that I selected.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

It seems to me you are referring to checkboxes (not radio options) which allows mutlple selection already -- on this form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/30256107721950

Please correct us if this is not the form you are referring to.

    --

As for the email not showing the "services" option, I suggest you re-create the notification email (use the Add New Email button).

Most likely, the form was edited/updated but the notifcation email was not. If you look on the right panel, the field name for "services" is multiple options.. not "service requested"

When you create a new email, it will create all the necessary fields again.

Please inform us if this does not works for you.

    Thanks.
