How to restore Missing submissions?

Hi!

I've one form (83222772506354) that, on Dec. 21st had 753 submissions; we made a report on Excel. Today we've generated anotehr report and it only has 324 (although there should be 775).

Are these submission lost? Is there anything we could do?

I noted that your plan was downgraded to free plan on Jan 3rd and then re-upgraded to GOLD on Jan 8th. I have sent a request to restore your submissions.
