Hi! I created an online order form for accepting food pre-order online for an event we're holding, but there is no need for people to pay online. But I don't see how I can remove the payment option from the template I chose. Can you help?

Just edit the form in Jotform > Click on the payment field and you should see a trash icon. Click on trash to delete the payment field.
Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.

TY613Replied on January 16, 2019 at 5:43 PMHi,
Thanks for the reply. However, the payment option seems integrated into the
template; so when I delete it, I delete all the items from my order form.
Do I need to start over with a different template?

Yes, you'll need to create a fields for your product. The template you've clone has a payment field that has product to it. You can use the multiple selection field to add your products if you want users to select multiple items.

form I need with your form builder.

You can actually create a payment form without payment vendor integration. This can be done with the Purchase Order payment tool.
How to Create Payment Form with Purchase Order
You simply need to remove the Authorize.net payment field from your form and add the Purchase Order payment tool. The products you created will be saved and automatically added to the new payment field.
Here is a demo form - https://form.jotform.com/90161156969969
Feel free to test it and clone it.
