Hi,
I'm trying to visualize the records of my form in a barchart. While I do this, Jotform categorizes my bars on the amount of responses I've got for each possible answer, with the most-chosen answer at front and the least popular answer as last. Which results in the bars visualised the following order:
good-sufficient-bad-poor-excellent
I would like these bars visualised in the ordinal order they are meant to, which is:
excellent-good-sufficient-poor-bad. Is this possible and if yes, how? To be clear, I don't want my answers to be ordered in the amount of responses, from high to low, but I want them to be ordered in the same way as the categories are ordered in the form itself. -

I am able to replicate the issue with a different form. Let me forward the thread to our backend team as a feature request for consideration. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any ETA at this moment. However, if there is any news you'll be updated here on this thread.
Thank you!

Greetings! We have launched a new report feature called JotForm Report Builder with vastly improved features. You can check it here https://www.jotform.com/products/report-builder/. If you haven’t used JotForm Report Builder until now, it is a great time to try it out.
It is also now possible to re-order the options in the charts. Example:
