Form list not coming out after clicking Form Embed Plugin icon

Hey, my forms are not coming up when I click the pencil icon just says file not found HELP!

Hey I am using WordPress and failing the pencil icon there is no sign of anywhere to change any jotform settings, I am using google chrome. How do I sign into jot form through WordPress?

Hello, Unfortunately, I am not sure if I understand your question correctly. May we check your web page? Can you tell us what settings you would like to change for your embedded form? We will wait for your reply. 

When I try to add the form to the page it is not giving me the form I created with my account but it does not say anywhere for me to sign in to jot form on my site?

There's no option to sign in to JotForm through your web site. Could you please try embedding form using iframe code? Here are the steps: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
