    it is possible to autocomplete some info into a nother form viar URL?

    something like this?

    mythankyoupage.com/?name=?$_POST['name']

    Passing data from one form to another one via URL parameters is possible, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/351-How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form
