Aweber integration form not working. information is not getting inserted in aweber.

I have been testing the integration on my end and it seems to be sending the records properly, here is an example: 

I would recommend you to try mapping your integration with some fields only and test if the records are sent over. Also, make sure you're mapping the same field types, for example, full name with full name, email with email.
