Hello,
We upgraded our plan so we can have more capabilities - one of which allows us to add multiple emails to a condition. It was working and now it is not anymore bringing up a red text saying we can't add multiple emails.
Can you please look at this and fix it - we really need that feature.

Perhaps, you are referring to this form - https://www.jotform.com/build/80184706120145?
That form is not in your account, it is from another account. If you want to move the form to your upgraded account (ebartosh) then post a transfer form request here to our forum using the account where the form is located.
