    2)   On the e-sign widget, I did NOT select the signature flow, but the form continues to say that a copy will be sent once it is countersigned.   We do NOT want a countersign... how do I correct?

Is your issue related to the Adobe Sign widget and the following message?

Our test Adobe Sign account is currently not working, so I am unable to properly test the issue you reported.

I tested your Request for Tax Extension form but I did not receive a signed document. Did you receive it? Can you countersign it to see if I will receive it then? After that, I will report the issue to our developers.

I would also like to mention that we have more signature widgets.

Yes. There is an option for whether or not you want it countersigned. I selected for “no countersign”, but it still comes up this way regardless.
It is like that widget option is not working.

I will report this issue to our developers.

Can you please tell us if you received an email when I signed the document and if you countersigned it?
