Account locked out

    My account is locked out I can not send a reset password to my email.

    I can not find a contact phone number and I need assistants ASAP.

    When clicking on that link above it states unauthorized access. Please
    advise how this can be resolved.

    The thread was set to private and only the thread creator(Cristina) can view the content.
