Embedded interactive PDF file not saving the changes

I have created a JotForm utilizing the PDF Embedder widget.  The PDF that was embedded in to the JotForm is interactive where you can click and make check marks on desired boxes.  The email box is set up correctly that it sends to whoever is entered in the text box; however, it does not always include the PDF and is shown in the attached screenshot when it does.  Currently the PDF that is included shows a link to the original PDF that was embedded.  I have selected in Settings>Emails>Autoresponder1>Advanced>PDF Attachment>Yes to show a PDF attachment.  I want the embedded PDF with the desired check marks to be included when the email is sent out for the person receiving it to be reviewed.

Please note the PDF embedder widget can only be used to display the PDF file. Though the PDF file is interactive, the changes made to the embedded PDF file cannot be saved through the form. Unfortunately, it is not possible to save the changes to the embedded PDF file.

The PDF attachment option in the email sends the PDF submission report as designed in the PDF editor only.

    Hope this information helps!

Well that's unfortunate.  That would be a beneficial feature to be put in with JotForm.

Another option that you can try is to create an external link to PDF. You can create a PDF fillable form in Jotform > Download the fillable PDF > Host it externally.

It will be able to capture data unlike if you will only be using the PDF embedder widget which purpose is to only display.
