I have downloaded my submissions as Excel but the data remains encrypted

When I download information from an encrypted form the information stays encrypted even though I have the API key?  I even tried to download the data from my account and it comes through encrypted when I download it.  Please help!

I'm sorry, but once the encryption is enabled, Excel and other reports are unavailable. When encryption is enabled, your data can only be accessed and read in our website - through the submissions page of the form.
