I am trying to create a new account but I will not let me use my email again

I am creating another account and will use my same forms and it won't let me use my email again? 

You cannot use an email once it is already registered. Your current email address used for posting this thread is already registered to an account that is currently upgraded to Silver and HIPAA. Use a different email address if you would like to create a new account. 

Can I change the email once I register the account.

Yes you can change your account profile email address after you sign up but you won't be able to add an email address which is already in use in some other account.
